O Curso de Biotecnologia, fruto da parceria entre Bio-Manguinhos (BM)/Fiocruz e Sociedade Brasileira de Reumatologia (SBR), visa promover o tema central entre médicos e farmacêuticos, com foco em doenças inflamatórias imunomediadas e neoplasias hematológicas e sólidas. Esse é um campo do conhecimento de expertise de Bio-Manguinhos e que impacta cada vez mais no desenvolvimento e prática da medicina.
Estima-se que o aluno, ao final do curso, seja capaz de compreender os processos biotecnológicos envolvidos no desenvolvimento e produção de kits diagnósticos, biofármacos e vacinas.

- Aulas síncronas:
- Após a disponibilização da aula gravada, na semana subsequente, ocorrerá a tutoria ao vivo ("Encontro com o especialista", via plataforma Zoom) para discussões, havendo contraponto médico de especialistas reumatologistas e oncologistas, para maior direcionamento ao foco médico.
- Periodicidade: mensal e sempre na primeira quarta-feira do mês, as 19h - horário de Brasília.

Critério de inclusão:
- Graduação em medicina/farmácia concluída;
- Público alvo: médicos e farmacêuticos com interesse em aprofundamento científico em biotecnologia.

- Os inscritos poderão assistir às aulas gravadas e participar das discussões com o especialista, ao vivo, via Zoom.
