Presentation

The regulation of the immune response in inflammatory diseases is a central element in the pathogenesis and evolution of diseases of great importance in Brazil and other countries. This symposium will present and discuss multi-omic approaches for the analysis of cell populations and molecules in blood and lesions, such as single-cell gene expression analysis and multiparametric flow cytometry. Study design, sample preparation requirements, data acquisition, and analysis will be highlighted. Applications of those approaches to studies that open new possibilities in the prevention and control of relevant health problems will also be presented.
This symposium aims to integrate groups working or planning to work with such approaches. Thus, we welcome the submission of abstracts for oral presentations, both if you have already performed experiments, as well as if you would like to discuss possible approaches and collaborations.

Registration is free, but mandatory.
The meeting will be held in English.
